P+C4E
(Pluto & Charon Forever)

The inspiration for this piece comes from a recent episode of "Nova" in which it was explained that Pluto and it's moon Charon rotate on their own inter-gravitational axis whereby they face each other with a unique and unwavering permanence.

This song was recorded on Garageband using only an iPad and the instruments in my basement. It is by no means a professional-grade recording, rather a show of resourcefulness. In the past I have tracked, engineered and produced music in proper studios using ProTools and fancy mics, and while that method certainly yields a more sophisticated result, I've found that a tablet or phone can go a rather long way these days.

About me

I've been a musician for 30 years and a music industry professional since 2008. I've studied with Steve Swadley, O. Nicholas Raths and Cliff Frederiksen, and performed with Louka Patenaude, Joy Dragland and Luke Arvid, among others. As a repair technician I have serviced a wide variety of acoustic and electric instruments, tube and solid-state amplifiers, mixers, microphones, and even the occasional desk lamp. I have supported live performances as a sound engineer and a guitar tech and I host rehearsals for my various projects at my home studio. I strive for the highest of quality, details are everything, and music is a huge part of my life.
